- subscriptions renew automatically
- payment methods must remain valid
- failure to pay may result in account suspension
9) Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

- throttle usage
- suspend abusive accounts
- enforce usage limits
to protect system stability and fairness for all users.
10) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of any third-party rights
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

- abuse the platform
- pose security risks

12) Warranty Disclaimer

We disclaim all Warranties including:

13) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
The Company will not be liable for:

- Lost profits
- Data loss
- Business interruption
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
14) Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.
15) Class Action Waiver
Users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class actions.
16) Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
